Business reopening plan for Nadja’s




Shoppers will see guidelines posted at my entrances.


Masks, being required, will be worn as clients and guests are guided to a disinfected chair. A touchless temperature will be taken and they will have forms, gloves, sanitizer to arrange safely and answer all questions “No” to before proceeding to a service.
The intake forms signed by guests include the following questions that will be read and initialed.


1. Are you experiencing any of the following symptoms: 
1. New or worsening cough?
2. Shortness of breath?
3. Chills?
4. Body Aches?
5. Sore throat?
6. Blue lips, hands or feet?
7. Loss of taste?


      B) In the last 14 days have you had a temperature of 100.4 or higher?


      C) In the past 14 days have you been in close  contact with a person being tested for  or                                
           diagnosed with COVID-19 ? 
      D) Current temp____


After answering No to all of these questions and being tested for a healthy temperature, shoppers and guests will be able to socially distance from each other from any point of the office/shop. Fresh air is able to circulate from the doors and windows, ceilings are high and airflow is very comfortable and there is always an air filter turned on. Sanitization is implemented on every surface touched by people. 99% alcohol and citrus oil based cleansers are used and in some cases bleach. No beverages are offered and no cloth furniture is used for seating.
At no time will more than 5 people be present in the office/shop. Masks and sanitizer will be available free of charge.
